Host a Screening Event
Please complete this form to express your interest in hosting a screening event for THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION. The purpose of this form is to collect information to facilitate communication and distribution of engagement resources as they become available.
Important Screening Limitations:
The screening material we provide will be a reel of pre-approved clips only. We cannot provide full episodes.
Please Note:
- Theatrical Rights: Theatrical rights are not available for full episodes to be streamed in theaters, auditoriums, or similar venues. Only the provided clip reel can be used at these locations.
- Deadline: All requests must be submitted a minimum of 30 days prior to your event date. Please allow three weeks for a formal response.
Event activation windows vary by organization type:
- October 15, 2025: Libraries and community organizations hosting their own events (in affiliation* with local PBS station)
*Affiliated events require the local station’s input or sign-off (including use of station logo) and must share the station’s local tune-in, streaming information and the event survey with attendees. - October 15, 2025: Colleges and universities registering for PBS’s THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION Campus Conversation.
- November 22, 2025: Individuals or community organizations hosting their own independent events (without local PBS station partnership). These events must share film streaming information and the event survey with attendees.
All engagement activities will be supported through August 2026 and beyond.
