American Revolution Screening and Panel on Mackinac Island

WCMU will be hosting a screening of Ken Burns’ “The American Revolution” on Mackinac Island on Thursday, August 20th from 4-6PM. Following the screening, attendees are invited to a panel discussion featuring experts on the Revolutionary War, Michigan’s role in the founding of America, and how women, people of color and Indigenous communities played a role in the fight for American independence. This event is free and open to the public.
