Civic Engagement on America’s 250th: A Film Screening and Discussion

Join the Northeast Harbor Library for a film screening and discussion about civic engagement in celebration of the 250th anniversary of our country. We will show excerpts from the Ken Burns film The American Revolution about the spirit of service in American culture. The screening will be followed by a discussion facilitated by library director Amy Wisehart about the roots of civic engagement, starting with the American Revolution, and how this plays out in our culture today.
