Revolutionary Histories, Panhandle Stories

Amarillo Public Library, Panhandle-Plains Historical Museum, and Panhandle PBS will host an evening on the American Revolution, and beyond. This collaborative open house, held at the Amarillo Public Library, will feature a sneak peek of THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION film, a pop-up exhibit and staff discussion on American Revolution and Native American artifacts from the museum’s collections, and an exploration of the Library’s Bush-FitzSimon Room including historical books, papers, and maps on early history of Texas, and more.
