The American Revolution ó A FREE KET Screening Event in Louisville

Join us for a free special screening event in Louisville! In partnership with the America250KY Committee, KET is thrilled to invite you to a free screening event at the Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts. Come celebrate the United Statesí Semiquincentennial with us during a free condensed screening of Ken Burnsí six-episode documentary, The American Revolution. This particular screening explores the Spirit of Service as a core American value, from the nationís founding through to the present day ñ examining volunteerism, civic participation, public leadership and more. Enjoy engaging community partner exhibits beforehand in the Main Lobby and then dive into a thoughtful panel discussion moderated by KETís Renee Shaw after the screening that explores the theme of the screening.
