With the support of PBS, the Brookfield Library is delighted to show highlights from Ken Burns' powerful new documentary on the American Revolution. The evening will include a discussion of the film as well as a fun craft.
Step back in time and experience the flavors that shaped the American Revolution! Take a culinary journey through the 18th century, showcasing a few dishes and ingredients that early Americans ate during their fight for independence. Guests will sample recipes influenced by colonial cooking traditions and the ingredients available during that pivotal time in history.
