New Voters | Drive Completion

Congratulations on running a successful voter registration drive! You are playing an instrumental role in turning out the youth vote. This form should be completed by the primary drive leader (the one who is working directly with New Voters and registered with the Run a Drive Program). 

You must complete ALL sections of the form to receive your school plaque – once you do, a New Voters national team member will reach out about receiving your plaque, service hours, and more. Additionally, plaques are optional. New Voters will not send you a plaque unless you opt-in to receive one.

Please note, plaques for Spring 2026 are shipped in Summer 2026.
